On Going Engagement with M/s MIRAJ in UAE

Organisations are actively trying to manage change and navigate today’s dynamic business landscape. The EPC business is evolving rapidly with clients demanding intensive documentation and quality checks with systems & process checks of a higher frequency. EPC players now need to handle a multitude of clients within clients with aid agencies nominating technical consultants apart from the Clients own monitoring staff.

To keep up with the demand and pace of change and stay ahead of the curve, MIRAJ Projects (MP)  with EPC Projects for the Ministry of Oil in Iraq has engaged EmpowerEra to handhold two of its projects being executed from Dubai in the USE for its client in Iraq.  Some of the key deliverables include

• Define and drive the strategic vision, mission, and long-term goals
• Advise on upgrading the organizational structure and enhancing overall company

performance.

• Provide strategic guidance and support in high-level decision-making related to policies, operations, and corporate direction.
• Review company’s compliance with all applicable legal, ethical, and corporate governance standards.
• Manage and coordinate project teams involved including assigning responsibilities and promote cross-functional collaboration.  
• Develop budgets and monitor profitability. etc

The assignment has EmpowerEras personnel located in Dubai on regular basis for 20 days in a month for an  initial period.
